To overcome this difficulty the tools are passed over the demagnetizer. They are available in plate type and aperture type and can also be installed on line. The demagnetizes are operated on 230v single phase AC at 50 Hz. They are also manufactured as per specific requirements.

A handle can also be fixed in the hole for the operation.
