These magnetic separators are utilized for clearing and purifying free flowing powders and granular material or concentrate and reclaim products in such materials. Advantage of using such tool is that it saves the valuable equipment like grinders, crushers, rolls, etc. against tramp iron. We design our magnetic drum type separator in such a way that it can be installed inside closed chutes, at outlets of chutes and hoppers, or where materials discharge from feeders and conveyors.

We produce two types of magnetic drum types seperators: Double drum and triple drum magnetic separators which are ideal for separating ferrous metal from material such as shredded cars, slag, crushed ore and ash at mass burn plants, in foundries recycling plastic, aluminum and glass. Ferrous metal is magnetically drawn out of the material feed, held against the revolving shell, and released when it reaches a discharge point beyond the magnetic field.

Magnetic pulleys made by our company are widely used in the recycling industry to separate ferrous from non-ferrous items. Permanent magnetic pulleys are important magnetic products which are used as head pulleys in belt conveyors for removing ferrous contaminants from material flow. The magnetic field generated by the pulley attracts the ferrous fines which are held to the belt until it reaches the underside. After passing out of the the magnetic field the ferrous material is collected separately into a chute or bin. The cleaned material is discharged normally over the pulley in a vertical drop.

We produce magnetic pulleys in varied sizes to meet requirements of most conveyor system applications. Our magnetic pulleys are used in various applications like waste recovery, feed & grain, mining and recycling applications.

We manufacture and supply the best quality hump magnetic seperators. Hump magnetic separators are used to remove ferrous contaminants iron nuts, bolts, wire, banding etc. from the conveyed material. With the hinged doors, cleaning of the magnetic surface is quick and easy. The unit can be mounted directly in the air stream with the square to round transitions which can be provided. These magnets consist of two plate magnets which are hinged and gasketed to the rugged steel housing. These plate magnets can be unlatched and swing open for quick manual cleaning. Humps are recommended if the flow is vertical, or if the angle of the chutes is more than 70 degrees. If product flow is light, on magnet in the half hump model may provide sufficient separation.
